Returns

All items that are purchased and are intended for use within the UK can be returned provided they have NOT been opened, tampered with and are in the original packaging.

All returns must be paid for by the customer via courier or a fully traceable service. Refunds/replacements will not be issued until items are received and a claim has been filed.

Please report your damages with 24hrs from delivery.

Claims through the courier can take upto 28 days and photographic evidence may be required to help further the claim.
If the box upon arrival is damaged, please sign damaged next o your signature.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is extremely important to us. Please be aware that your personal information is kept confidential at all times. We will not sell or divulge your personal information to any third party under any circumstances unless required to do so under UK law. Selected couriers will be given details needed for deliveries but nothing more. Payment is entirely secure, and again, your details will never be disclosed to any third party. Please also note for safety and security reasons we never save or store financial details including credit/debit card details.

Paying For Your Order

The following payment methods are accepted.

Bank Transfer

During the checkout process you may choose to send a cheque payment or make an instant payment using your credit or debit card via the secure payment processor PayPal. Please be aware that you do NOT need a PayPal account to pay for your order and your card details are never released to us. Please do not hesitate to contact us in the event you have any queries regarding your consumer rights.

Please make cheques/postal orders out to Laura Settrey. Your order will be cancelled if I havent received payment within 7 working days of your order being placed.

Please note that due to the amount of cheques ive had bouncing, orders are not made until your cheque has cleared, and this can take upto 5 working days. You can pay by bank transfer if this will be a problem

Delivery

All mainland UK orders are sent via DHL courier at a cost of £10per 20kg order.
We deliver to all of the UK
non Mainland UK will be sent via courier at a cost of £20 per 20kg order.
Saturday delivery options are not available at this time.
